1930 Marquette Racer

This homebuilt aircraft, constructed in the style of the famous 1930's GeeBee Racer was designed and built by Kitchener area resident, Harold Marquette.

The aeroplane features an unusual single seat cockpit back towards the tail, a gull-like design for the wings, and a set of drooping “flaperons” long before the innovative idea had officially been invented!
